You will receive two (2) emails within 24 hours (most likely within 30 minutes, but sometimes it takes longer). Be sure to check your junk/spam/promotional folders as well.
The first email contains all the details including your login credentials. The second email is your receipt.
Whitelist our email to make sure you will receive all important communication. To do this, add support@certustrading.com to your personal/email contact list. If you are using a web-based email app such as Gmail, drag our email into your inbox as well.
You will see the vendor name “Certus Trading Inc,” on your credit card statement for the amount that you have been billed.
After logging in, the first thing you should do is watch all the tutorial videos to get comfortable with the software. Also, read the FAQs and glossary to familiarize yourself with all the lingos and logistics.

If in doubt, don’t wait! Don’t wait for one day, or one hour, or ten minutes! Email us right away at support@certustrading.com. If you don’t get a response from us, email us again (sometimes emails do get lost in space).
If we still don’t respond, it means we are not getting your email or it is outside of our normal office hours. Call us at 1-888-571-6999 (US/Canada) or 647-490-1330 (International). Leave us a message – we will get back to you.
Reach out to us any way you possibly can (use carrier pigeon if you have to). Because we do respond — but only if we receive a question or message from you. So don’t wait. That’s kinda the moral of the story.
