What to look for on your next credit card statement
You will see the name “Certus Trading Inc.” on your statement for the amount you have been billed.
If you have any trouble . . .
If in doubt, don’t wait! Don’t wait for one day, or one hour, or ten minutes! Email us right away at support@certustrading.com. If my team or I don’t respond, email us again.
If we still don’t respond, it means we are not getting your email or it is outside of our normal office hours. Call us at 1-888-571-6999 (US/Canada) or 647-490-1330 (International). Leave us a message – we will get back to you.
Reach out to us any way you possibly can (use carrier pigeon if you have to). Because we do respond — but only if we receive a question or message from you. So don’t wait. That’s kinda the moral of the story.
